Oak beam fireplaces
We make fireplace beams and surrounds to order. They are made to your dimensions and can be made from either hand hewn beams or sawn beams with an adzed finish. They are made from green oak so they will crack as they dry out ( although it is possible to reduce the cracking if you want). The beams will also shrink slightly as they dry out.
